Poke-A-Con Vendor Information

Table Booking Information

• Table Cost: $60 per table

• Bulk Discount: Get 10% off when you purchase 3 or more tables

• Food & Drink Vendors are NOT permitted.

• Anime Posters & Wall Art are allowed.

• The resale of tables is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of payment.

• Your order includes only the number of tables you have selected.

  • Important: Any vendor using additional Poke-A-Con tables not included in their original order will be charged $150 per table at the time of the show.

• Vendors must not exceed their designated space. Please refer to the floorplan for specific table and section sizes.

• To reserve your space, select the number of tables you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout.

• You will receive an email within 10 days confirming your assigned section and table numbers.

• Vendor Packets, Credentials, and Badges will be distributed during Sunday Set-Up.

Cancellation Policy:
Table cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event — no exceptions.
A 10% cancellation fee applies to all refunded orders.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.

Table Set-Up Information

• You will receive an email with detailed set-up instructions 10 days prior to the event.

• Set-Up Day: Sunday

  • Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

• This email will include detailed directions and instructions for loading dock access.
